Who is responsible

DNexura Digital Agency is the data controller for this website. Contact: hello@dnexura.com.

What we collect

Waitlist: email address, role, company size, country or region, optional phone number, referral code, who referred you, your consent choices, language and the time you joined (stored in UTC).

Website: if you accept analytics cookies, anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and device type. Without your consent, no analytics are loaded.

Why we use it

To manage your waitlist place and referrals, send the beta updates you asked for, and, if you opted in, occasional product news. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

Service providers that process data for us under contract: Supabase (database, EU region), Resend (transactional email) and, only with consent, Google (analytics). We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International transfers

Where data moves outside the UK or EEA, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept until 12 months after public launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. California residents can also ask what personal information we hold and request deletion; we will not treat you differently for using these rights. Use the data request page or email hello@dnexura.com. We reply within 30 days.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK or your EU supervisory authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the waitlist.

Children

This service is for business users and is not directed at anyone under 16.
