What is Lumivane AI?
Lumivane is an AI assistant for operations teams. It reads documents, tickets and spreadsheets you choose, then drafts summaries, replies and structured data with links to its sources.
Is the demo using real AI?
No. The demo on this site uses scripted responses so you can see the experience without sending any data. The beta will use live models.
When does the beta start?
The private beta is planned to open in February 2027. Invitations go out in waitlist order, and referrals move you up the list.
How does the referral link work?
After you join, you get a personal link. Each person who joins through it moves you up five places. Your place is an estimate and may change as people join or leave.
Will my data be used to train AI models?
No. Content in your workspace will not be used to train shared models. This will be part of our customer terms.
Where will data be stored?
You will choose EU or US hosting when you create a workspace. Enterprise customers can request a dedicated region.
Which languages are supported?
Lumivane can read and draft in many widely used languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese and Hindi. Quality varies by language, so drafts should always be reviewed.
Is Lumivane suitable for medical, legal or financial decisions?
No. Lumivane supports administrative work and gives general information only. Decisions in these areas need a qualified professional.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices exclude VAT, GST and sales tax. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout based on your location.
How do I leave the waitlist or delete my data?
Use the data request page or email us. We remove your details within 30 days and confirm by email.
